I started my career in the cabin, working as a flight attendant for more than fifteen years, learning how travel really feels for families, seniors, and nervous flyers. During layovers and days off, I explored the world and quietly became the unofficial planner for my friends and relatives. Those years taught me how to spot problems before they happen and how to guide travelers calmly, even when plans suddenly change.
